1. Package the products and fill in the form

Download, print and then complete the return form. Check that you have filled in all the fields. Carefully package the products and enclose the completed form with your order.

2. Send the parcel

Send your parcel to the address on the Contact page. We recommend shipping by courier. I do not accept COD or parcels sent to a collection point (Parcel Post etc.).

3. Wait for funds to be returned to your account

The funds will be refunded to your account within 14 days of our acceptance of the goods.

Refunds are made via the platform Przelewy24 or to the account number entered on the form (required for COD orders).

Exchange
1. Package the products and fill in the form

Check if the product you want to exchange the goods for is available. If the product is available, please contact us to reserve the goods. If the merchandise is not currently in stock, the exchange may take longer. Write to us at: kontakt@noshi.pl to find out when you can expect the product.

Download, print and carefully fill in the exchange form. Then pack your parcel carefully attaching the exchange form inside.

2. Send the parcel

3. wait for the package with the listed products

Once we have accepted your shipment, we verify the availability of the products again and complete your order. Once complete, we then send it back to the Sender's Address at our expense.

Please report any complaints by email to: kontakt@noshi.pl.
Please provide a detailed description of the product defect, the date when the defect was found and an attached photo showing the defect
Complaints are dealt with within 14 working days.
